Consultation Policy

To address the questions and concerns that customers may have regarding their purchase(s), we provide a free basic product consultation with every online purchase. If you have questions regarding a certain item, please contact us and we will respond back.
We also have a one on one online consultation available by booking an appointment on our FB page @bllinghairrestoration. There is a 50.00 charge (valued at $85.00). You will receive a confirmation message once you’ve sent a request to book the online consult. Please scroll to the bottom of our page and select Online Consultation Form to fill out required questionnaire or click here to begin your online consultation.
After you have submitted all required information outlined in the Online consultation form, you will receive an invite and time for your Online appointment via Zoom Conference Call.
Once the consultation process is completed and order is placed, we will ship your products to you. Your order processing time could take up to 7 days to complete depending on when you book your Online Consultation. Add this time to the time it takes for the courier to delivery the product to your shipping address.
